VENDOR RULES
 
Prices for tables after August 1, 2009: 
 
$100.00 per table prior to September 1, 2009 ($50.00 deposit per table)
$150.00 per table after September 1, 2009 *if any are available ($75.00 deposit)
Table must be paid in full prior to September 1, 2009
 
Tables are available on a first come, first served basis. No Exceptions. 
Electricity is available on request made PRIOR to the show for an additional 
fee of $10.00 which you can include with your table payment. Please add a 
reminder in the check memo. Wall space tables are very limited and must be
 reserved. First If you do not pay for this is in advance we will not reserve it. 
Set up is no earlier than 10:00 Am in the dealers room the Friday of the show, 
Absolutely No Exceptions.. 
Dealers are required to check in with one of the show staff prior 
to setting up. A show staff member will be on site on Friday beginning 10:00 AM.
Tables are 6 feet in length. 
2 vendors passes per table. Additional passes can be purchased for $15.00 each. 
Dealers are responsible for the actions of their helpers and will be held accountable. 
No graphic nudity, alcoholic beverages, drug paraphernalia, weapons of any kind, permitted on tables. 
Any vendor found doing so will be immediately removed from the show, banned from future events. 
All vendors are responsible for the products they sell 
Table sharing is NOT allowed unless permitted by show promoter and dealers
 room manager. Must be notified 2 months in advance of the show. 
 
Smoking is permitted outside the building ONLY. 
Do not block doors, aisles or emergency exits. 
Do not move tables. 
Dark Xmas now has an Attormey on hand at the show in case of any discrepancy
 with vendors, guests and patrons. If you wish to dispute any of the rules set forth, 
please feel free to contact us and our lawyer will elaborate. Additionaly Ohio law 
enforcement officers will be present for the duration of the show, and will not  hesititate
 to effect an arrest for violation of OHIO’s laws. 
Any violation of the rules will result in being removed from the show 
with no refund and banned from future Eerie Frequency/Dark Xmas/Trek Continuum 
Megashow/Youngstown Comicon Shows.
These rules apply equally to Independent Filmmakers/Fan Clubs/Invited Guests
